Q. Who should take our online courses?

A. Kids join our online courses for a variety of reasons. By participating in our online courses, kids will:

  • advance their skill-set
  • take the next step in their formal education
  • explore an area of interest
  • enjoy learning a new topic

Q. Can my kids take more than one online course at a time?

A. If participants are new to online learning, we recommend that they begin with one course. As our courses are offered frequently throughout the year, you can always come back and continue with one or more topics.

Q. Can I get a refund if my kid is unable to attend the online course?

A. In order to be granted a full tuition refund, you must cancel your registration by sending an email to mail [at] brightbrainz.com at least 24 hours before the course’s start date.  Please note we are unable to reimburse for any currency conversion fees charged by your credit-card issuer.

Q. How does one access the courses?

A. We will provide you with an access link at least 3 days before your course start date.  If you have registered less than one week before your course start date, the link will be made available to you within 24 hours of course booking. All course correspondence will be done via the email address you provide at checkout stage.

Q. How long are the courses?

A. All courses’ duration and schedule are listed in the respective courses’ pages. Check the course dates listed online prior to registration.

Q. How many participants are in a course? Who will the class participants?

A. Our online classes are kept small with not more than 12 students per course, to better facilitate and encourage personalised interaction with the tutor and fellow participants. Course participants mainly come from the Maltese Islands but we welcome participants from all over the globe.

Q. How do I register?

A. Registration is available on our website. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Click the ‘Courses’ button in the page menu
  2. Choose your course(s)
  3. Click the ‘Add to Cart’ button
  4. Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  5. You will be asked for basic contact information and your credit card / PayPal payment. We require full payment at the time of registration and all tuition is billed in Euro. Be sure to check with your bank or credit card company, as your financial institution may charge a (foreign) transaction fee.

Q. Is BrightBrainz.com safe?

A. Our online courses are delivered by professional tutors with years of experience in face to face and online teaching & learning. Due to the young age of participants, it is advisable that during sessions, parents oversee what their kid/s are doing.

All customer-related details are responsibly and securely handled by Stripe and/or PayPal, our certified payment providers, over Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which is a standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a server and a client, typically a web server (website) and a browser. At no point in time we do store any credit card information on BrightBrainz.com
